This delivery policy applies to synthetic turf and related products supplied by Greenscape Turfing Pty Ltd.
1. Delivery area
We service Sydney metro and surrounding areas, including Sydney wide — Eastern Suburbs, Ryde, St Ives, Pymble, Maroubra, Leppington, Denham Court. Delivery availability to some locations may depend on product size, vehicle access and scheduling.
2. Delivery options
- Delivery methods and costs are shown at checkout or confirmed in your written quote/invoice.
- Some orders may be delivery-only, while installation-inclusive jobs follow a coordinated install schedule.
- Where applicable, local pickup/collection can be offered by prior arrangement.
3. Lead times and scheduling
- Estimated dispatch and delivery windows depend on stock availability, weather, traffic and supplier logistics.
- Large-format turf orders may require additional handling time.
- For installation projects, delivery timing is tied to confirmed install dates.
4. Site access and receiving goods
- You must ensure safe, practical access for unloading at the delivery address.
- If no one is available to receive goods, authority to leave must be agreed in writing beforehand.
- Re-delivery due to failed access or inaccurate address details may incur additional charges.
5. Inspection on arrival
Please inspect delivered goods as soon as practicable and notify us promptly if there is transit damage, shortages or any incorrect items.
6. Risk and title
- Risk in goods passes on delivery (or pickup, where collection is chosen), unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Title remains with us until full payment is received.
7. Delays outside control
We are not liable for delays caused by events outside reasonable control, including weather disruptions, transport interruptions or supplier delays. We will communicate updated ETAs as soon as possible.
