Greenscape Turfing aims to keep all purchases straightforward and fair. This policy applies to orders placed through our website and direct purchases invoiced by our team.
1. Change-of-mind returns
- Change-of-mind returns are generally not accepted for cut, custom-measured, installed or special-order turf products.
- For standard unopened accessory items, return requests may be considered within 14 days of delivery/collection, subject to approval and restocking conditions.
2. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
- If an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, notify us as soon as possible with photos and order details.
- Where a claim is accepted, we will provide an appropriate remedy such as replacement, repair, store credit or refund.
3. Installation and service work
- Because installation services are scheduled labour-based works, cancellations may incur costs if materials have been ordered or work has commenced.
- Any service issues should be reported promptly so our team can inspect and resolve under applicable warranty/consumer guarantees.
4. Return condition requirements
- Approved returns must be in original condition, unused and in original packaging (where applicable).
- Proof of purchase is required for all return/refund requests.
- Return freight may be at customer cost unless the item is faulty or supplied in error.
5. Refund timing
Once approved and processed, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank/payment processing times vary by provider and are outside our direct control.
6. Australian Consumer Law
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to remedies for major failures and compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
